Great news for Rimac Automobili! Porsche has bought a slice of EV hypercar company Rimac Automobili.
Porsche has bought a minority stake (10%) in Rimac Automobili. Rimac is the 400-strong Croatian company behind the Concept One and C_Two EV-hypercars. The Croatian company that supplies Koenigsegg, Jaguar and Renault. Rimac will develop the battery system for the Aston Martin Valkyrie.
We were filming with Mate Rimac in Zagreb, Croatia couple of years ago showcasing his first electric supercar, Concept_ One (see picture below, Mate Rimac standing next to Concept_One). Obviously, C_Two, the 1,887bhp hypercar greatly impressed the German automaker.
